Refund & Return Policy

At The Butter Babe, every product is handcrafted in small batches with care. We want you to be happy with your purchase, and we ask that you review our return and refund policy before ordering.

Returns

Due to the personal nature of our skincare and body-care products, opened or used products cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene and safety reasons.

If you would like to return an unopened and unused product, please contact us within 10 days of delivery. Products must be in their original condition and packaging.

Please contact us at thebutterbabe@yahoo.com before sending a return. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your order is damaged during shipping, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at thebutterbabe@yahoo.com as soon as possible so we can make it right.

To help us resolve the issue, we may ask for your order number and photographs of the product and packaging.

Melted Body Butters

Our body butters are made with natural plant butters and oils and may soften or melt when exposed to high temperatures during shipping.

Melting does not necessarily mean the product is damaged or unusable. If your butter arrives softened or melted, place it in a cool area or refrigerator until it becomes firm again. The texture or appearance may change after melting, but this does not necessarily affect the usability of the product.

If your order arrives with a damaged or leaking container, please contact us and include photographs so we can review the issue.

Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the refund is due to an error by The Butter Babe or a damaged or defective product.

Sale Items

All final-sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. Products purchased during a promotion or sale are subject to the same return requirements above unless they are specifically marked Final Sale.

Allergies & Skin Sensitivities

Please review the ingredient list before purchasing and discontinue use if irritation occurs. Individual skin sensitivities and preferences vary, so we cannot guarantee that every product will be suitable for every person.

A reaction or dislike of a fragrance, texture, or other personal preference does not automatically qualify a product for a refund once it has been opened or used.
